For heart health, I take Vitamin E with every meal as recommended by my natural health sources. Recently, the hospital informed me that I no longer require cardioversion because my sinus rhythm is now normal. Just last month, I was diagnosed with atrial flutter. While Vitamin E isn't the only supplement I take for heart health, I believe it has significantly helped me.

To maintain health measures against arrhythmia, I took one tablet daily for my health. Although Vitamin E is said to enhance the effects of Vitamins B and C, I didn't feel a difference initially. After experiencing arrhythmia, I learned that Vitamin E (800-3000mg) could be beneficial, so I gradually increased my intake. Despite having a terrible pulse, my doctor advised me to wait and see. A month later, I noticed an improvement. Currently, I take 7 tablets daily (2700mg), and while my pulse hasn't completely normalised, my symptoms have significantly improved. I also experienced tingling in my eyes, likely due to an imbalance in Vitamin B levels. I've realised it’s best to take supplements in a balanced manner.

While I don't believe Vitamin E is solely responsible, the arrhythmia I had for many years has finally disappeared. I intend to keep taking it due to its expected antioxidant effects.
